By accessing this website and utilizing any of the services or
information offered herein you agree to be bound by the following terms of service. If you do
not agree then leave now because by continuing you DO implicity agree.
Limitation of Liability: Thai Translation Service accepts no
liability for any consequences that result from the use of any of our services.
Our liability is strictly limited to the translation fees paid; no liability for any consequential
damages is accepted. All translators are independent contractors and not employees of
Thai Translation Service. Certified translations are certified by the individual translator whose
stamp appears on the translated document; Thai Translation Service accepts no liability for any issues
that may arise in regard to a certified translation.
By utilizing our service you accept and agree to this limitation of liability.
Accuracy: Thai Translation Service warrants that all translations
are accurate. In the event of any inaccuracy we will make all reasonable efforts to correct the
inaccuracy at no additional charge.
No liability is accepted as a result of any inaccuracies (see Limitation of Liability).
Only in the event that we cannot provide an accurate translation, and you have not violated any of our
terms of service, will a refund be made of any fees paid.
Delivery: We will make all reasonable efforts to complete your
translation and deliver it in a timely manner. Numerous events may delay delivery, including internet
disruptions anywhere in the world, data storage problems globally or locally, geo-political events,
postal service delays, sickness or travel.
You agree that if there is a delay in receiving your translation you will accept the delayed delivery
and will not attempt to reverse payment or file complaints with any third party.
You understand and agree that if you violate this term then work on your job will be terminated.
You also understand and agree that Thai Translation Service is not responsible for mail lost by the
postal system. Should you need original hardcopies of your translations you have the option of
requesting us to send them to you by secure express mail (e.g. UPS) at your expense.
Use: You agree that you will not use any of our information
or services to do anything illegal or immoral. You agree to obey all laws of the United States and
Thailand. You furthermore agree that you will not use any of the information we provide or the name
Thai Translation Service or make reference to our website or URL in any statement or publication that
is in any way disrepectful or critical of Thailand, the Thai government, the Thai royal family, or
Buddhism. You understand that if you do so you may be subject to civil and criminal penalties in the
U.S. and Thailand.
Website Content: All content of this website is the sole property
of Thai Translation Service. You are welcome to use any of it for your personal use. You agree not to
use any of it for any commercial purpose without prior express written consent from Thai Translation
Service. You furthermore agree not to copy and distribute through electronic means or otherwise any
website content.
Website content can be licensed for a fee of $5,000 U.S. per use. You accept that if you copy and
distribute any content you agree to pay the license fee.
Links to Other Websites: This website contains links to other
websites. Thai Translation Service takes no responsibility for the content of those other websites and
in no way endorses the products or services they may offer.
Visa Service: We do not provide
legal advice regarding visas. Visa service is limited to completion and translation
of forms and supporting documentation, and provision of information concerning the visa process and
the visa interview; no legal advice is given. All visa service work is performed by self employed
individuals who are Thai citizens working in Thailand. Thai Translation Service simply connects
people desiring visa assistance with people experienced in this field.
